Yuly Trejo is the Pastry Chef for Blue Bridge Hospitality. Her role at the company encompasses a variety of different responsibilities, including preparing the desserts for Stake Chophouse & Bar and The Islander, making French pastries for Little Frenchie, and overseeing the production of cookies, ice cream, and ice cream toppings.
Yuly is a self-taught chef who joined Blue Bridge Hospitality in 2020 after working at The Lot, an upscale movie theater. She enjoys creating new desserts and learning new techniques.
